Book your trip as early as possible for the best selection. Some of the more popular destinations sell out quickly, especially
if you will be traveling during peak season.
Travel suppliers have blocks of rooms in hotels/resorts that are reserved for them. If the property you wish to stay at
is "sold out" - it may be only unavailable to reserve to the public. Contact a travel agent to see if their suppliers
has any rooms available. Also, an agent might be able to get you a better price since they have access to discounts only made
available to them.
If you find a hotel that will only allow online booking up to 4, contact them directly to find out if they will allow
another person in the room and can provide a roll-away.
If you are traveling as a group of 10 or more, there may be special discounts or allowances. For example, some airlines
will hold seats for a certain amount of time if you give them a deposit. Additionally, they may allow for a different passenger
to take the place of another if the change is made before the flight.
If it is too expensive to book at a nice resort, you may need to stay at another place (such as a condo or vacation rental).
However, you may be able to use the resort's amenities. Some allow people to use their facilities for a fee.
